My friends over at Plum Street Press had the great idea to make one book suggestion for every day in February in honor of Black History month. I thought that was a great idea because, in a way, the books we read help to shape our history. Besides, I really, really like to talk about children's books and since they asked me to be a part of the discussions of which books would be included, they pretty much had me at "Hello." :-)
